Watch Apple’s reveal video for the touchscreen MacBook Pro

Apple just announced its first touchscreen MacBook at its “Pro and tell” event on Wednesday. It showed off the long-awaited touch display in a video of the new MacBook Pro during the event that you can watch right here to see the new display in action.

Apple CEO John Ternus also shared a teaser for the new MacBook in a video on X, showing the Apple logo on the laptop’s lid lighting up. Pre-orders for the touchscreen MacBook Pro open today and it will be available on November 6th, starting at $2,899 for the 14-inch model or $3,399 for the 16-inch. Its touch display is a ProLED XDR tandem OLED panel with up to 2000 nits of brightness and a 120Hz refresh rate.
